Double sided printing

  • Search for a Two-Sided selection box. If it’s available, your printer supports automatic duplexing.
  • Click the checkbox next to Two-Sided, click Layout from the unnamed menu.
  • Choose long or short edge binding from the Two-sided pop-up menu, and select Print.
  • Choose Paper Handling from the unnamed menu at the center of the window, and click Odd Only.
  • Select print. Remove any remaining unprinted paper from the input tray.
  • Load paper error

    You can easily rectify the paper error by yourself. Use only the papers which are compatible for the printer for printing. After placing the papers inside the tray, ensure that all the papers are aligned well. Use the tips which are given below to resolve.

    • Your paper type and condition can affect the way your HP Laserjet Pro M402n printer picks paper.
    • Take off the stack of paper from the paper tray. Use 25 sheets of paper to form a stack of paper.
    • Slide in the paper width guides to the edge of the paper stack.
    • Ascertain that the guide rests gently against the paper stack and does not bind it.

    • Take off any jammed paper from the paper path and toner cartridge access area from the printer.
